Once you personalize your product by selecting all the options (product size, product color, custom names, number of characters, and uploading your photo, etc.), simply click the “Preview” button above the “Add to Cart” button to see your cartoon come to life in just 2 minutes. Design Approval & Production Start
Forget waiting days for an email. Your LIVE 2-Minute Preview gives you 100% control and instant approval. Once you approve your design, production begins immediately. Our custom production time is just 1-3 business days.
Express Shipping Times & Tracking
We fulfill orders locally in the US and Australia to ensure speed. Shipping is Express and typically takes:
-US/AU: 2–5 business days
-International: 7–14 business days
Crucially, a tracking number is provided for all orders. You'll receive your custom items within 4–8 business days from placing your order (US/AU).

📸 Is my photo good enough?
Yes! Most smartphone photos work great. For best results, choose a well-lit, front-facing image with clear visibility of your pet’s (or person’s) features.

🤔 What if I don’t like my preview or design?
Impossible — you can upload as many photos as you like until you’re completely satisfied! All our products feature Instant Preview, so you approve the design before buying — what you see is exactly what gets printed. No waiting for emails, no surprises — speed, technology, and quality are our priority.

We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If your custom CartooMugy (or any item) arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide a 100% free replacement or full refund. Just email us at contact@memorifystore.com within 30 days of delivery with a quick photo, and we'll resolve it immediately. - Order Edits & Cancellations:
Since we start on your unique custom art so quickly to ensure fast delivery, orders cannot be fully edited or canceled once placed. However, if you must cancel before the printing process begins, we can offer a partial refund, less a $25 art fee to cover the cost of the exclusive custom cartoon design.
✅ What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please email us at contact@memorifystore.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace it for free or issue a full refund — no hassle.
🕒 How long does it take to get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
❓ Do I need to return the product?
No return is needed. Simply send us photos and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll resolve it quickly — saving you the hassle of return shipping. We’ll replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
